Free Pool & Equipment Inspection – Terms & Conditions

• Offer valid for residential swimming pools located in Mansfield, Texas only.

• Inspection is 100% free and carries no obligation to purchase services, sign a contract, or schedule future work.

• The inspection is a visual, non-invasive evaluation lasting approximately 10–15 minutes.

What the homeowner will receive:

• A visual review of pool water condition

• A basic visual check of accessible pool equipment (pump, filter, valves, and visible plumbing)

• General feedback on pool health, maintenance status, and potential areas of concern

What the inspection does not include:

• No disassembly of equipment

• No pressure testing, leak detection, or electrical diagnostics

• No chemical balancing, water treatment, or repairs

• No guarantee of equipment performance or future condition

This inspection does not constitute a home inspection, mechanical inspection, or safety certification under Texas law.

Clarkey’s Pool Service makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding the condition of the pool or equipment following the inspection. The inspection is informational only and should not be considered a full mechanical or safety inspection.

Clarkey’s Pool Service reserves the right to decline or discontinue a free inspection at any time and is not obligated to perform repairs, ongoing service, or maintenance as a result of this offer.

By accepting the inspection, the homeowner acknowledges and agrees that Clarkey’s Pool Service assumes no liability for existing or future pool or equipment issues identified or not identified during the inspection.
